[Deposition of Joseph Austell, 1730 January 26].

A true copy by Samuel Tyler of the deposition of Joseph Austell, Captain, concerning the suit of attachment against the ship Harriott. The tradesmen working the voyage from London to New England claimed they were not paid. The deposition was given in Boston. The attorney Capt. John Osbon, representing the owner of the ship, Richard Yardley of London, was also present at the deposition. Also includes itemized list of court fees and other expenditures incurred.
